Dear Mr. Norville, Recently I received a letter from you requesting feedback
on my experience with selling my mother's house at 4519 Silverberry Court in Jacksonville. I am pleased to write this letter
in response to your request. As you know, Linda Shepherd was the agent who worked with us in the process
of selling the home. If I had to choice of any realty agent in Jacksonville, I don't think I could have chosen a better person
than Linda. You should know the Linda Shepherd represents your company extremely well. In our situation, we had two estates
involved in the ownership of the home. That in itself makes the realtor's job more difficult. Not once did Linda display
any frustration in the dealing with our complicated situation. Just the opposite… Linda was always very professional,
hardworking, easy to contact, and very aggressive in marketing our home. In fact, she did whatever was necessary on any given
day to move us forward in finding a buyer for our property. In my case, I am extremely grateful to have worked
with Linda Shepherd because I felt at somewhat of a disadvantage living in Texas while trying to finalize my mother's estate
through the sales of a property in Florida. Linda set my mind at ease as we worked through the process right up to the closing

In a difficult market, the experience of the
